Hi, I’m Hannah, my goal is to help women feel positive about themselves with a holistic approach to exercise that focusses on movement, nutrition and hydration, rest, reducing stress and releasing tension in the body.
I’m based in Baldock, Hertfordshire. I work with women who want to look at the bigger picture and understand wellness works from the inside out. Exercising in the right way for each individual ensures improvements they can feel as well as see.
Life is busy, I aim to make sure the time you spend with me is used wisely, exercising to benefit your body and get you to your goals.

Online Courses
You can join me from the comfort of your own home. All initial consultations, 1 to 1 sessions and group classes are delivered live via Zoom. You will still get fully screened, individual attention and time for yourself.
