Welcome to Central Balance

Hi, I’m Hannah, my goal is to help women feel positive about themselves with a holistic approach to exercise that focusses on movement, nutrition and hydration, rest, reducing stress and releasing tension in the body.

I’m based in Baldock, Hertfordshire. I work with women who want to look at the bigger picture and understand wellness works from the inside out. Exercising in the right way for each individual ensures improvements they can feel as well as see.

Life is busy, I aim to make sure the time you spend with me is used wisely, exercising to benefit your body and get you to your goals.

How we look after our physical and mental health has a huge impact on the way we function and cope with everyday life and stresses.

Whether it is general fitness, Core and Pelvic Floor fitness or Ante/postnatal fitness investing in yourself today will teach you health and exercise skills and habits to last a lifetime.

Holistic Core Restore® Programmes are the gold standard of Pelvic Floor and Core fitness. If you are a woman in need of guidance and support regarding your continence, Pelvic Health or Core wellness and rehab these programmes are for you.

We are all unique, our bodies move and respond differently, our goals are specific to ourselves and these change as we move through each life phase. I’m here to help you reach your goals and keep you motivated in a way that suits you and your lifestyle.

Online Courses

You can join me from the comfort of your own home. All initial consultations, 1 to 1 sessions and group classes are delivered live via Zoom. You will still get fully screened, individual attention and time for yourself.
