You may be keen to exercise throughout your pregnancy but want to make sure what you do is safe while helping you build strength as you continue to move well through the stages of pregnancy.
Are you aiming to improve your fitness levels after birth, but know star jumps and sit ups at a postnatal class won’t help assist the healing process and don’t feel right for your body?
You may be going through the peri to postmenopausal phase and find your usual routine is no longer working for you, or feel you have no energy to exercise and need some effective energy boosting workouts.
Are you recovering from an injury or surgery and feel unsure of how to increase your strength and mobility? You may be living with a condition such as Diabetes, Arthritis or lower back pain and feel concerned about starting an exercise programme.
What can you expect from your 1 to 1 sessions?
Before the sessions start you will fill out a thorough health questionnaire and we will discuss your main goals and concerns.
I will design a bespoke exercise programme and help you reach whatever goals you may have, as well as looking at the bigger picture, such as posture and mobility.
The sessions take place in my private garden studio (unless privately arranged). All the equipment you need is provided.
You can rest assured you will be exercising safely and effectively, I use my knowledge and experience to make sure any existing conditions are taken into consideration and you will be working to improve your overall health.
My qualifications in sports therapy and pregnancy massage mean I am happy to use hands on release and relaxation techniques during the sessions when needed.

Single session £40, block of 10 sessions £360.
