Holistic Core Restore® Release

Who is the Holistic Core Restore® Release Programme for?

This is for ALL women…

Are you experiencing aches and pains, particularly in the lower back area, that you believe are a result of poor posture?

Are you feeling ‘stressed out’ and desperately need to unwind?

Do you feel as if you are ‘putting up’ with muscular aches and pains and want to move more freely without restriction?

Would you like to learn techniques to help you get a good night’s sleep?

Do you want to feel nurtured and pay respect to your body?

Are you pregnant or recently postnatal and have areas of tightness or strains you want to relieve?

Are you ready to learn the importance of ‘rest’ and ‘self-care’ as part of your wellness journey?

What is involved in the Release Programme?

You will be asked to fill out a health screening form so I can take care to tailor the exercises to suit your needs.

To make sure you feel comfortable, the Release programme is taught in a calm and relaxed space.

I like to give individual attention to all so have no more than 8 ladies in each group.

You will…

  • Learn some simple, time effective mobility exercises that will help you to move freely
  • Learn easy releases that you can use daily to improve posture and relieve ‘achey’ bits
  • Focus on techniques to help you breathe better
  • Learn self-massage techniques to use at home
  • Give yourself some essential self-care time and learn to prioritise it for yourself regularly

There will also be simple meditation strategies and Pelvic Floor and nervous system down-training which, we all know, is just as important as doing the pelvic floor work itself.

Remember:  The function of your pelvic floor, the way you breathe and the healing of your Diastasis (tummy gap) all depend on optimal postural alignment… it truly matters, so let’s prioritise moving freely in our daily life.
