Holistic Core Restore® Diastasis

What is the Diastasis Recti Healing Programme?

If you’ve had a baby, no matter how long ago and you have a Diastasis Recti (abdominal separation) or feel disconnected to your Core and/or Pelvic Floor then the Holistic Core Restore® Diastasis programme is for you.

We know that healing a Diastasis Recti is a whole body issue, so before we even think about ‘exercise’ we need to look at the bigger picture, this includes…

  • A thorough health assessment
  • Looking at your breathing and the importance of your breath in the healing process
  • Nutrition for healing, information about making easy changes to support your healing
  • Postural alignment and how your posture affects your core and pelvic floor function
  • Strategies to help you rest and de-stress and how stress can slow down the healing process
  • Soft tissue work and massage, I will get hands on and also give you self-release techniques

This is a one to one programme and fully bespoke for your needs. There are 4 sessions, each session is at least 2 weeks apart and you will be given your own homework and goals to work on between sessions.

All the fitness equipment you need for your homework is included and you will be given a Client Education Booklet to help you really understand the process and the facts about Diastasis Recti.

I will keep in contact between sessions and provide the support you need to help you progress with your exercises and any lifestyle changes.
