What is the Holistic Core Restore® Everywoman Programme?

- A 6 or 12 week course that not only focuses on exercise, but also on nutrition, relaxation and the importance of how you use your breath. Helping you to improve your general health and wellbeing.
- Gives you all the tools you need – eternal access to online workouts, recipes and nutritional advice, an education booklet and the complete exercise kit.
Who is this programme for?
Do any of the following apply to you? If so then this programme is for you…
- You want a better functioning pelvic floor
- You have experienced the odd leak when jumping, running, laughing or sneezing
- You have lower back pain linked to a ‘weak core’
- You have a small Rectus Diastasis (tummy gap) that you want to heal
- You want a better looking belly but you know you need to ‘go deeper’ to make effective changes
- You have seen a clinician about a low level Prolapse and been told to ‘do your Pelvic Floor exercises’ as part of your management strategy
How does it work?
The course is split into 2 phases:
Phase 1: You will attend 6 hour long weekly classes, these will be in a small group of no more than 6 ladies and will include exercise and releases. We will also spend time each session talking about ways you can improve bladder and bowel function, nutrition, sleep and relaxation to help you achieve the best results.
There will be support between classes via email and a secret Facebook group, I will keep in touch and remind you to do your homework.
Phase 2 (optional): Now you have built strength and are familiar with the programme you can continue to progress online for a further 6 weeks. You will have access to new workouts and resources and ongoing support from me online.
The second online phase is optional but comes highly recommended by the course’s founder Jenny Burrell and myself.

Cost (instalment payment options available):
- 12 week course (in person and online): £207 (Phase 1 and 2)
- 6 week course (in person) (Phase 1): £147 – then the optional addition of (Phase 2) online 6 weeks at £70
1 to 1 Sessions:
If you would like me to come to your home locally or have sessions at my home in Baldock I do offer a 1 to 1 service, this makes your sessions even more bespoke and gives you more flexibility.
1 to 1 sessions are £287 per 6 week block, and can be paid in instalments.
