What is the Holistic Core Restore® Heat programme?
- Heat is a ‘no jump’ workout that truly will hit all the fat loss markers, jump start your metabolism and keep you burning calories for hours after the exercise session.
- It is taught in a small group class focussing on technique and is low impact, effective and enjoyable.
- Heat is a progressive programme, the intensity of the exercises build up during the course making sure that your body is building strength and being challenged.
- You will get sweaty and improve your fitness safely without huge impact/load/force through the pelvic floor.
- As well as the weekly class you also have access to a private Heat Facebook group where I will keep you motivated and share various homework videos, nutritional advice and recipes for nourishing your deep health.
Who Is Holistic Core Restore® Heat for?
- Women who want to improve fat loss, feel fitter, healthier and stronger, but who also want to know they are doing it safely while actively looking after their Pelvic Floor.
- Women who don’t feel comfortable (or enjoy) doing star jumps, burpees, planks or crunches but want a fat burning workout that also strengthens the Core.
- Those who have previously completed the Every Woman course with me and want to take their exercise up a notch or two.
- Women who are keen to get back to exercise after some time away or after an injury.
- Those who need some motivation and extra support starting an exercise routine and improving their nutrition.
